If you do not own a company but have a domain being an individual and now want your domain transferred to us, Simply download “Individual Authorization Transfer Format” , fill it accordingly, then print it on the affidavit, worth not less than PKR.100 and must be attested by oath commissioner, then finally stamped and signed it. In this scenario, you must have to include above transfer authorization letter with it.
